Advice on mental health issues
Since I was little, I was dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your mental health is so important. It can bring you down if you’re not in the right state of mind. So, what I have done was communicating with people who knows what feels like going through it. I also would write in journals everyday about what I’m going through. Doing this will relieve stuff you have balled up inside you. One thing that has helped me was every morning I wake up and every night before I go to bed, I would say 3 positive things about how life is going. Trust me this will help you so much. This will show you that there is always one good thing in your life that is something to live for, and shows that you should keep fighting because it will get better. You are something to the world. Most important you’re a warrior.
